I'm curious: what are you stress 'tells'? What did you learn from exercise 1.3a?
Confession time: mine are wearing my shoulders as earrings, plus clenching my jaw and tightening the muscles around my eyes!
Now breathe into that area of tension, and as you breathe out, feel it soften. Do that for a few breaths. What do you notice about your stress levels?
